"Kim is great! She has all the information you could possibly need to have a great trip in St John laid out for you in the home! She is quick to communicate, and help out as needed. Truly accommodating and genuinely helpful host! There were a few things that arose with our flights being cancelled and Kim was quick to offer alternative options and offer other available spaces she had available! This is unbeatable kindness when your trip plans are uprooted unexpectedly! Thank you Kim for your hospitality! The place is amazing, just a few minutes from town, easy to get too, and has everything you need to cook and stay comfortable. We stayed with three young children and three adults and had more than enough space to feel comfortable. Property is has all of the things needed for the beach, including chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear which is helpful to have and not have to purchase and lug around. We will definitely stay again! This place is amazing, book it!"

"Do yourself a favor, stop looking and just book with Kim. What an amazing, restful, adventurous family vacation we had. Kim's place was just what my family of 7 needed. A great kitchen with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. Fantastic balcony to enjoy the sounds of the morning and evening. A spacious place for us all to spread out. An awesome pool we used daily after a day out at the beach. If the opportunity arises for us to return to this dream of an island staying a Kapok will be the easiest decision."

"We loved our stay at the Sugarapple unit of Kapok Villas, which are nestled on a forested mountaintop not far from Cruz Bay. Kim did us the great favor of buying provisions ahead of time from a grocery shopping list we had sent her, and as well, she left us a generous welcome basket including a bottle of Prosecco, some beers, sodas, and sweet and salty treats we enjoyed all week long. The Villa is the nicest place we’ve ever stayed!"

"Kapok Villas is as beautiful as the pictures show and Kim is an amazing hostess. The villa was spacious, had great views, was extremely clean, and had so many extras that made our stay feel relaxing and at home. Kim met us upon check in - giving us a tour, sharing local information, and answering all of our questions. The villa is stocked with everything you need for the beach and the kitchen has some extras that made it easy to have some meals at home. Having a full-sized washer & dryer (with detergent) enabled us to pack light and I loved all the hooks in the rooms to hang our clothes to dry. Kim really has thought of everything but if you are missing something then all you need to do is ask. Check out the treat basket she puts together and you'll see that she wants each visitor to have the best vacation experience possible. We'll definitely stay here again!"

"The villa was perfect. Very clean, well stocked, beds comfortable. Kim was a great host. If you want to go into the Cruz Bay for dinner, it's close enough however, the villa is stocked better than my own kitchen and there are grills for those nights when you want to stay home. The pool area is great after being in the salt water and sun all day. Beach chairs and coolers came in handy."

"I absolutely love this villa. The location, the layout, the balcony and the view. We had breakfast with bananaquits every day. Very quiet area but not far from Cruz Bay. Villa very well stocked. Had everything we could ask for. The week went by way too fast and I can't wait to return."

"Lovely private villas overlooking the Caribbean Sea in a natural forest of flamboyant and Kapok trees. Villas have up to date kitchen appliances, beach equipment for your forays out, and gas grills. Kim left us a lovely welcome basket, ideas on where to go, and even helped track down local fish for the grill. We just loved being quiet, hanging out in the pool, and watching the birds and animal life."
