About Kapok Villas

Kapok Villas is a three generation family run business dating back to the early 1960s when my grandparents fell in love with this island, bought property and built a home. Sixty years later, we have grown to a unique short term and long term rental provider on St. John.

Upon arrival, you are welcomed with Kim's famous homemade chocolate chip banana bread and a tour of the grounds. The property is lush with beautiful gardens, numerous fruit trees, lovely flowers and of course, Kapok trees rich in history!

We pride ourselves on providing a "welcome to the family" experience that will be hard to leave behind, and one that you will insist on repeating. This is our home, so we've got you covered with recommendations on where and how to spend your time; reserve the perfect boat charter, family photographer, dinner reservation, spa services - anything you desire, just ask.

Over the years, we have hosted countless friends, old and new, and shown so many what makes the island of St. John so magical. We can't wait to share it with you!
