Payments:

Payment for your reservation is as follows:

50% due upon booking. (The full amount can also be paid at booking)

Remaining balance is due 2 weeks before check-in.

Cancellation policy:

While we hate that you might have to cancel your vacation on St John, we do understand that life happens and it is sometimes necessary to cancel your booking.  Our policy is as follows:

• To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
• If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll pay 50% for all nights
• If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll pay 100% for all nights
• Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
• Any returns due to a guest will be returned in the same manner in which it was received.

Consumer data privacy is important to us. We do not share any of your information with anyone outside of our company. Our website is PCI compliant and your payment information is handled safely through our Stripe partner.
